• Booking & Payment Data: Lesson dates, payment confirmations, invoices (processed via Supabase / Adyen / TotalDrive).

2.2 Automated & Tracking Data

• Usage Data: Pages visited, session duration, form submissions.
• Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers.
• Behavioural Data: Heatmaps and session recordings via Hotjar (only with your consent).

3. How We Use Your Data

• Service Providers: Supabase (data hosting), Adyen / TotalDrive (payments), Hotjar (analytics), email/SMS platforms.

Our data processors are based in the UK/EU. If we share data outside the UK/EU, we use standard contractual clauses or ensure appropriate safeguards under UK GDPR.

• Personal & Booking Data: Retained for the duration of our relationship plus 7 years for tax and accounting obligations.
