To become an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI), you must satisfy the DVSA eligibility requirements, including:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have held a full UK or EU driving licence for at least three years
- Meet the DVSA’s fit and proper person requirements
- Pass the ADI Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3 qualifying tests
