Self-Employed Automatic Driving Instructor

QualDrive is expanding and looking to partner with qualified Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs) providing automatic driving tuition within the Redditch Hub locality.

This is a self-employed partnership opportunity, not an employed position. As a QualDrive Associate Instructor, you continue to run your own driving tuition business while benefiting from our brand, learner enquiries, marketing, systems and ongoing business support.

The QualDrive Instructor Partnership

Working within the Redditch Hub locality, you retain your independence while gaining the backing of a growing professional driving school brand.

Our partnership provides a consistent flow of local learner enquiries, structured systems and wider business support, helping you spend more time focused on your learners and developing your business.

The model operates with a clear and transparent weekly partnership fee.

Independence Without Isolation

Being self-employed doesn’t have to mean working alone.

QualDrive is building a community of professional instructors with a culture driven from within. Shared standards, team motivation, positive mindsets and peer support create an environment where Associate Instructors can develop individually while supporting each other.

You remain in control of your own business while becoming part of a wider network of like-minded instructors.

Who Is the Partnership For?

We’re looking for qualified ADIs providing automatic driving tuition within the Redditch Hub locality who care about high standards, professional development and delivering a quality learner experience.

Whether you’re currently independent or considering moving from another driving school, the QualDrive partnership is designed to provide stronger brand, marketing, learner and business support without taking away your self-employed independence.
